Effective date: August 11, 2026
This Data Privacy Policy explains how NScriptio LLC ("Nscriptio", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects information in connection with the Nscriptio Static IP service, including the Nscriptio add-on for Heroku.
Nscriptio Static IP provides outbound proxy infrastructure that allows applications to route network connections through dedicated static IP addresses.
When a customer uses Nscriptio, network traffic is transmitted through Nscriptio infrastructure in order to provide the proxy service.
We do not retain the contents of customer requests or responses.
When Nscriptio is provisioned through Heroku, Heroku provides information required to create and manage the add-on resource.
Depending on the information supplied by Heroku, this may include:
Heroku resource identifiers;
application identifiers and application name;
selected service plan;
region or location information;
customer or account identifiers;
customer contact information, including email address; and
other provisioning information supplied by Heroku.
We use this information to provision and operate the service, associate resources with the appropriate customer, provide support, and manage the lifecycle of Nscriptio resources.
Nscriptio measures service usage for quota management.
For each customer's service, we record aggregated usage information consisting of:
uploaded bandwidth;
downloaded bandwidth; and
number of requests.
Usage information is aggregated on a daily basis.
Nscriptio does not retain request or response bodies or other customer traffic content as part of these usage records.
We use the information described above to:
provide and operate the Nscriptio service;
provision and manage customer resources;
display and manage service usage;
determine whether a customer's usage has exceeded the quota associated with their service plan;
restrict service where an applicable usage quota has been exceeded;
provide customer support; and
maintain customer and resource information so that returning customers can use Nscriptio again.
Network usage information is not used for advertising, profiling, or analysis of the contents of customer traffic.
Daily aggregated bandwidth and request usage information is retained for up to three months.
After this retention period, the usage information is deleted.
When a Nscriptio add-on is removed or deprovisioned, we may retain the associated Heroku account, application, resource, and provisioning information.
This information is retained so that an existing customer can provision and use Nscriptio again without losing the relationship with previously created account information.
We retain this information until the customer requests its deletion.
A customer can request deletion by contacting us at support@nscriptio.com.
We may retain information where required to do so by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Nscriptio infrastructure is hosted using OVHcloud.
OVHcloud processes or stores information on our behalf as an infrastructure provider where necessary to operate the Nscriptio service.
Because Nscriptio provides network proxy infrastructure, customer traffic necessarily passes through infrastructure used to provide the selected proxy service. Depending on the service configuration and selected location, this infrastructure may be located in a different country from the customer or their Heroku application.
We do not authorize our infrastructure providers to use customer information for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Nscriptio acts as a network intermediary when providing its proxy service.
Customer network traffic passes through Nscriptio infrastructure as necessary to route connections through the static IP addresses assigned to the customer.
Nscriptio does not retain the contents of customer requests or responses. Our retained traffic-related records are limited to the aggregated bandwidth and request usage information described in this Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Nscriptio, including any information transmitted through the service, complies with applicable laws and their own privacy and data-protection obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by Nscriptio against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through or stored by the service.
Customers may contact us to request access to or deletion of information associated with their Nscriptio account or Heroku resources.
Requests can be sent to:
support@nscriptio.com
We may need sufficient information to identify the relevant account or Heroku resource before completing a request.
We may disclose information:
to infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate Nscriptio;
when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
where necessary to protect the security or integrity of Nscriptio and its users; or
in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all relevant assets.
We do not disclose the contents of customer network traffic because Nscriptio does not retain that content.
We may update this Data Privacy Policy when our services, data-processing practices, or legal obligations change.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the beginning of this Policy.
Questions, privacy requests, and deletion requests concerning this Policy or Nscriptio's handling of information can be sent to:
